Chicago based Brandy and Cider expert Ambrosia Borowski, General Manager of The Northman Beer & Cider Bar. and Cider Chat Producer/MC Ria Windcaller present an evening of Calvados and American Apple Brandies.
A 7th Apple Brandy has been added to the line up for this Kick Off event!
Learn how to taste Calvados and Apple Brandy, the History of each, the Regions where it is made, the Regulations, Distillation methods, Maturation, all in the company of fellow CiderDays Fans! Tickets include a 1 ounce sample of each of the select brands listed below and a charcuterie sample plate from Veroni (Italy) and cheese from Cabot (Vermont)
