3rd 6 pm Cider Talk: Folk Traditions & Co-ferment Cider & Beer Four Phantoms Brewery Free
- This is a talk by owner Drew Phillips who use to be Artifact Cider Projects head cidermaker. This talk will also takes place on November 6th at 1 pm at Four Phantoms. Plus a special wild ferment cider Old Gods (8.0%)4-8PM
4 – 8pm The Brewery at Four Star Farms serving a Wild ferment cider and Cultured yeast cider from same apple blend! A magnificent indoor and outdoor tasting room at this Northfield, Massachusetts brewery that also makes cider!!
